In-house bandwidth aggregation server hosting
The Bank’s project required the bandwidth aggregation servers to be hosted on their own data cloud server infrastructure, both for security compliance and to allow the solution to have visibility of their private point-to-point IP connections.
Bond MPLS and public Internet connections
Each remote branch can establish a bonded connection to the Banks’s data center by bonding a mix of satellite – LTE and private WAN connections such as MPLS. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end via industry standard encryption algorithms and authentication protocols.
Hub-n-spoke VPNs
All remote CPEs establish an encrypted connection with the bank’s HQ, creating a hub-and-spoke VPN.
LTE for failover
All of the bank’s branches use an LTE-enabled CPE to enable additional network resilience via a cellular failover connection. The failover mechanism is transparent, maintaining all active sessions and offering an unbreakable VPN connection with the bank’s HQ
Forward Error Correction for VoIP
All Bank branches use VoIP for internal and external telephone communications. The solution is configured with a specific QoS class and enabled with redundant mode to ensure that VoIP communications run smoothly with no packet loss, and the lowest possible jitter and latency.
Plug ‘n’ Play solution
The activation of the solution at each bank’s remote branch is plug-n-play as all units are shipped to the branch locations preconfigured according to the Bank’s network configuration.
